Relationships between patients and clinicians are established based on Primary Care Management Module (PCMM) providers, clinic appointments and Order Entry/Results Reporting (OE/RR) teams. Secure Messaging uses triage groups based on these relationships to manage which patients are able to email which providers. More information on Secure Messaging can be found on the MyHealtheVet (MHV) product web site (intranet) http://vaww1.domain.ext/MYHEALTHEVET/ and MHV web site www.myhealth.domain.ext. Summary ------- This patch addresses the issue related to retrieving the ICD-10 description for the Patient Problem Items that are mapped to ICD-10 diagnosis in CPRS. This has an impact for the providers who are using SM Workload Credit (WLC) functionality, when selecting a Patient Problem Item. Providers need to validate that the SNOMED-CT is associated to the correct ICD-10 Diagnosis that will be filed with the Workload Credit. My HealtheVet (MHV) Emergency VistA Patch (MHV*1.0*24) will address the following issue: - JAZZ Story 272695: SM Add ICD-10 Description to Problem Items in WLC form (VistA patch 24) Patch MHV*1*24 is correcting the lookup of the Patient Problem List, enabling retrieval of ICD-10 Description for Problem Items from a patient record that have been mapped to a SNOMED-CT and ICD-10, consistent with CPRS functionality, after October 1, 2015. This fix will retrieve the ICD-10 Description in addition to the current SNOMED-CT description that will be displayed on the SM GUI, via the MHV SM HL7 2.4 interface and MHV Ensemble service.
