 This patch will resolve the following issue in the Mobile Electronic 
 Document (M.E.D.) application:
 1. No notes to import into CPRS via Med Import feature
  
 NOTE: During the testing of this patch it was noted that the M.E.D. 
 application violated a security policy by allowing the application to 
 write to the database that is stored in the Program Files folder. 
 This patch will correct this vulnerability by moving the database to 
 a neutral location so the application can interact with it.

 1. R15977397FY17 - TIU*1*311 Mobile Electronic Documentation GUI error
  
 Problem:
 -------
 When trying to import notes from the M.E.D. application into CPRS, a 
 pop up displays informing the user that there are no notes to import.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
 There was an issue with the database (MED.mdb) that was introduced 
 with patch TIU*1.0*311. An update has been applied to the database
 (MED.mdb) to correct the field types as well as the M.E.D. GUI itself 
 in order to reference these updated types.

 This patch may be installed with users on the system although it is
 recommended that it be installed during non-peak hours to minimize
 potential disruption to users.  This patch should take less than 5 
 minutes to install.

 This Software is being released with an updated Dynamic Link Library 
 (DLL). Files and documentation pertaining to this patch are available.
  
 The preferred method is to retrieve files from 
 download.vista.domain.ext.
  
 This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may 
 also elect to retrieve files directly from a specific server. 
  
 Sites may retrieve the software and/or documentation directly using 
 Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE
