 This is to announce the updates to OHRS web application
 version 1.4.11 will be rolled out nationally December 8, 2014
 
 This release corrects one defect within the OHRS application
 and replaces OHRS version 1.4.10:
 
 1. One particular scenario for the OHRS ID3 report is
    not working correctly. When the new flu season starts,
    the Vaccination Status Report is not dropping the date
    of decision from the date of decision column when a patient
    has declined a vaccination.

 REMEDY TICKET OVERVIEW:
 ================
  
 1. Remedy Incident # INC000001041487: ID3 Report - 
    As of Aug 1, Date of Decision should drop off the ID3 
    report. Ran reports for Vaccinated and Not Vaccinated, 
    Date of Decision still there from 2013.
 
  
    PROBLEM:
    =======
    
    One scenario for ID3 reports for seasonal influenza 
    is not working as per the Requirements. When the new
    flu season starts, Vaccination Status Report is not 
    dropping the date of decision from the date of decision 
    column when a patient has declined a vaccination because 
    the report query on the back end database is not working 
    correctly to determine the date a patient declined an 
    encounter. Per the requirements, as the new flu season
    starts on August 1st of each year, the previous year's
    date of decision should drop off and the value should be
    Null, which is not working for the Vaccination Declined
    scenario. 
 
    SOLUTION:                                   
    ========
    Added additional conditions to the SQL statement in the 
    OHRS code for Seasonal Influenza to check for encounter 
    dates before July 31st of the current year and drop off 
    the dates once the new flu season starts on August 1st.
