 BLOOD BANK CLEARANCE
 ====================
 EFFECT ON BLOOD BANK FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: OHRS*1.4*7
 does not alter or modify any VistA Blood Bank software design
 safeguards or safety critical elements functions.
  
 RISK ANALYSIS: Changes made by patch OHRS*1.4*7 have no effect on Blood
 Bank software functionality, therefore RISK is none.
  
  
 RELEASE INFORMATION:

 This is an informational release notice only.
  
 SOFTWARE CHANGES:
 ======================
 1.CCR2897 - Adverse reaction encounters were not displaying 10k 
             characters of data on the review and print function.
             The system will now display up to 10k characters when
             using the print or review functions.
  
 2.CCR2973 - 508 Updates: Some combo/edit box combinations are not read
             by JAWS. The combo/edit boxes have been updated with 
             accessibility labels so that JAWS will read those labels.
  
 3.CCR2974 - Inactive PAID Employees and VSS volunteers can be 
             returned to an active status in OHRS. On the patient 
             demographic and work profile screens, the system
             will enable the protected fields to allow
             administrators to update the separation date
             and return the status to active.
  
 4.CCR2981 - On the ID3-Vaccination Status Report, 07/31 was being 
             displayed as the date of decision on all expired seasonal
             influenza vaccinations.  The system has been updated to 
             return the date of decision to null when the vaccination
             has expired.
  
 5.CCR3001 - When a patient status changes from Employee to Volunteer
             during the manual reconcile process, the system will now
             remove the occupational series, job title and cost center.
             The system will set the VAA affiliation and Service/
             Product Line to the default value for Volunteers.
  
 6.CCR3003 - In Version 1.4.5 of OHRS, the VSS patient load was not 
             running automatically, the system has been updated so that
             VSS load will now run automatically.
  
 7.CCR3006 - After a patient has been reactivated to an active OHRS
             patient, the PAID load should not overlay the 
             patient information.
  
 8.CCR3007 - After a patient has been reactivated to an active OHRS
             patient, the VSS load should not overlay the patient 
             information.
