  This is an informational release notice only. 
   
 BLOOD BANK CLEARANCE
 ====================
  EFFECT ON BLOOD BANK FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: OHRS*1.4*8
  does not alter or modify any VistA Blood Bank software design
  safeguards or safety critical elements functions.
  
  RISK ANALYSIS: Changes made by patch OHRS*1.4*8 have no effect on Blood
  Bank software functionality, therefore RISK is none.
   
 SOFTWARE CHANGES:

  1. CCR3050 - An application error was being displayed when a user 
               attempted to save or sign a medical surveillance, adverse
               reaction, fit test or pandemic influenza encounter.

  2. CCR2953 - On a Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
               encounter, the immunity
               status was not being updated to immune by titer for measles 
               and rubella when a positive titer has a titer performed date
               on or before the vaccination administration date or vaccine
               previously received date, therefore the disease immunity  
               table on the print cumulative vaccination record was not 
               displaying measles and rubella as immune by titer.

  3. CCR3062 - The ID3: Vaccination Status Report was not displaying the 
               date of decision for seasonal flu vaccines that had been
               declined by the patient. When a patient signs a declination
               statement, the date of decision column on the report should
               display the date that the declination was signed.

  4. CCR3061 - When an encounter is assigned to a cosigner, the designated
               cosigner was not receiving the alerts on the alerts screen
               and existing cosign alerts were not being removed from 
               the alerts list when the cosigner has cosigned the

 5. CCR2983 - Once a user is granted access to OHRS, the access should
              remain active for 90 days even if the user does not log in
              to the system immediately.
