Description:

  This patch announces the National Release of Occupational Health
  Record-Keeping System (OHRS) version 1.4.17. No additional action is
  necessary for sites except to communicate the below modifications of
  OHRS 1.4.17 to users. 
 
  The new OHRS 1.4.17 version addresses the changes to fix issues reported from
  routine WASA scans (Web Application Security Scanner). These scans show that
  the application when displaying Flash pages use an insecure Adobe Flash Player
  download. After the patch install, these will be updated to a secure (SSL) c
  connection. There are no new enhancements done on this release.
  
  This build also replaces the old copyright (2017) on the footer with the 
  current year which is 2018 and replaces the  old version (1.4.16) of 
  Occupational Health Record-Keeping System (OHRS) with version 1.4.17.

 1. Task: Update for Configuration in OHRS to Make Website Secure
        
    Problem:

    Updates need to be made in the code to change URLS to secure websites: 
    "https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/swflash.cab"
    as well as alternative text using this URL 
    "http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash/" to be updated to
    "https://www.adobe.com/go/getflash/"
    in the index.jsp file within the OHRS code 
    (OHRS_Parent\ohrsWeb\src\main\webapp\WEB-INF\jsp)

    Modified URL from "HTTP" to "HTTPS" to make the OHRS website secure.

 Replace CISS-OHRS ear 1.4.16 files with the new version which is 1.4.17.
  
 Pre-Installation Instructions:
 ------------------------------
   1) Stop CISS weblogic portal server and undeploy the old ciss.ear.
   2) Stop OHRS weblogic portal server and undeploy the old ohrs.ear and
      ohrsUnattended.ear
   
 Installation Instructions:

   1) Redeploy the new ciss.ear
   2) Redeploy the new ohrs.ear and ohrsUnattended.ear
    
 Post-Installation Instructions:
 -------------------------------
 1) Start CISS weblogic portal server and once that is done, start the OHRS
    weblogic portal server.
 2) Make sure that the weblogic portal servers for CISS and OHRS are running.
 3) Check if ciss.ear, ohrs.ear and ohrsUnattended.ear are in the Active stage.
 
 Back-Out Strategy/Recovery:

 Replace CISS-OHRS ear 1.4.17 files with the old version, which is 1.4.16.
