This new category will display in the overall Total Summary count as well as under the Workload Statistics breakdown. This was added so that cases with an Abstract Status of Accession Only will be counted in the total number of cases in the Registry. Analytical: 74 Non-Analytical: 20 Accession Only: 2 ----- Total: 96 WORKLOAD STATISTICS Suspense: 10 Incomplete: 74 Minimal: 4 Partial: 4 Complete: 12 Acc Only: 2 5) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] Colon Performance Measures update If the INTENT OF CHEMOTHERAPY (#165.5,258) field is set to "0" (No Chemotherapy), the TYPE OF CHEMOTHERAPY (#165.5,259) field will now default to a value of "0" (No Chemotherapy) and the REASON CHEMOTHERAPY STOPPED (#165.5,382) field will default to a value of "0" (Treatment Completed, NA). Previously these fields were not defaulting correctly. Also, the DATE CHEMOTHERAPY RECOMMENDED (#165.5,272) field will now accept 00/00/0000 and 99/99/9999 values. Previously this field was not accepting 0's AND 9's for date values. 6) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] Prostate Performance Measures update The DATE ADT INITIATED (#165.5,277) field will now accept 00/00/0000 and 99/99/9999 values. Previously this field was not correctly accepting 0's and 9's for date values. 7) All possible DATES entry of 88/88/8888 in ONCOLOGY PRIMARY (#165.5) file will be disabled except in fields DATE OF CONCLUSIVE DX (#193) and DATE OF MULTIPLE TUMORS (#195). Also fixes the undefined error when entering 88/88/88 as date for the two fields. 8) The value of 00/00/0000, 88/88/8888 or 99/99/9999 for various DATES fields were set to blank during the extract process. This will now be set to 00000000, 88888888 or 99999999 format, respectively. 9) The routine ONCOPCE was included in patch ONC*2.11*54. The second line of this routine inadvertently included "47" in the patch list: ;;2.11;ONCOLOGY;**6,7,11,13,16,18,19,22,26,29,47,54**;Mar 07, 1995 This routine was not included in patch 47, so the "47" will be removed in this patch. The corrected second line will now look like this: ;;2.11;ONCOLOGY;**6,7,11,13,16,18,19,22,26,29,54,56**;Mar 07, 1995 10) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] For Thyroid cases, (s) and (m) descriptors added to T values for AJCC 7 Staging For THYROID cases a "descriptor" was added to the AJCC Seventh Edition staging "T" values. Therefore, when OncoTrax was calling the Collaborative Staging new values were received which were not displaying properly, example below: Schema name: Thyroid -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tumor Size (CS).........: 001 AJCC-6 T...........: T1 Extension (CS)..........: 100 AJCC-6 T Descriptor: pathological Tumor Size/Ext Eval (CS): 3 AJCC-6 N...........: N0 Lymph Nodes (CS)........: 000 AJCC-6 N Descriptor: clinical Lymph Nodes Eval (CS)...: 0 AJCC-6 M...........: M0 Regional Nodes Examined.: 00 AJCC-6 M Descriptor: clinical Regional Nodes Positive.: 98 AJCC-6 Stage Group.: Stage I Mets at DX (CS).........: 00 AJCC-7 T...........: 121 <--- new value Mets Eval (CS)..........: 0 AJCC-7 T Descriptor: pathological SSF1....................: 010 AJCC-7 N...........: N0 To fix this issue the new descriptor values have been accounted for in the output transform of the "DERIVED AJCC-7 T" (#165.5,160.7) field. This is the list of new values to be displayed: AJCC 7 Value Display String ------------ -------------- 191 T1 NOS(s) 192 T1 NOS(m) 121 T1a(s) 122 T1a(m) 151 T1b(s) 152 T1b(m) 201 T2(s) 202 T2(m) 301 T3(s) 302 T3(m) 491 T4 NOS(s) 492 T4 NOS(m) 411 T4a(s) 412 T4a(m) 421 T4b(s) 422 T4b(m) 11) [RA Automatic Casefinding-Radiology Search] The word "CANCER" has been added to the search criteria while searching for the Primary and Secondary Diagnosis of the Radiology cases. Any Primary or Secondary Diagnosis in the Radiology Diagnosis file that contains a word "CANCER" in addition to "MALIG" and "SUSPICIOUS" will be included in the casefinding logic. 12) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] Expanded the M values for Bone primaries to include "M1a" for Lung and "M1b" for Other distant sites. 13) New Zip Code 85083 zip code has been added to the ZIP CODE (#5.11) file for Maricopa county, Phoenix, Arizona. 14) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] A new field was added to the ONCOLOGY PRIMARY (#165.5) file. The new field is called FEE BASIS LOCATION (#165.5,237.1). If the FEE BASIS (#165.5, 237) field is set to YES, then this new location field will be prompted for in the Abstract. The new free text field will allow facilities to track where the patient was referred for fee basis treatment. The new field will be displayed in the Cancer Identification screen, but will not be included in any of the data extracts. 15) [CF Automatic Casefinding-Lab Search] If the Automatic Casefinding-Lab Search option was run and the user queued the report, an undefined variable error could occur: Y+2^ONCOCFL1 *SBCIND This issue was fixed by ensuring that the variable SBCIND was included in the list of saved variables when queuing. 16) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] CS Schema Discriminator added for G-E Junction Staging (Esophagus and Stomach) For certain Stomach cases (all C16.0 and C16.1/C16.2 with CS Schema Discriminator value of "010" "020" "040" or "060") the case should be staged according to Esophagus staging. The ONCPST56 post-init routine adds the SCHEMA DISCRIMINATOR CODE and SCHEMA DISCRIMINATOR HELP to the C16.0 Topographies. The code has been modified to check the SCHEMA DISCRIMINATOR and go to the correct staging. 17) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] CS Schema Discriminator updated for Lacrimal Gland Staging Two new CS Schema Discriminator codes have been added for Lacrimal Gland (C69.5) topographies. The new codes are "015" and "025". The CS Schema Discriminator help was also updated. This change is only for NON- melanomas. Also, the following fields will default to 88 for "025" CS Schema Discriminator: CLINICAL T (#165.5,37.1) CLINICAL N (#165.5,37.2) CLINICAL M (#165.5,37.3) STAGE GROUP CLINICAL (#165.5,38) PATHOLOGIC T (#165.5,85) PATHOLOGIC N (#165.5,86) PATHOLOGIC M (#165.5,87) STAGE GROUP PATHOLOGIC (#165.5,88) 18) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] A new set of code "2" (EGFR mutation negative) has been added for EGFR MUTATION TESTING field (#165.5, 267). 19) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] A new set of code "4" (Combination) has been added for ANDROGEN DEPRIVATION THERAPY field (#165.5, 276). 20) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] The 7th Edition T-Codes for Mycosis Fungoides primaries were updated. The T1a, T1b, T2a, T2b and TX codes have been removed. Also the Help Text has been updated with the following text for the T1 and T2 codes: **per ISCL/EORTC: 'May further stratify into T1a (patch only) vs T1b (plaque+/-patch)'. The T1a & T1b values are not part of the AJCC algorithm. 21) [EE Abstract Edit Primary] For old (pre-1995) Leukemia primaries the TNM Edition field was incorrectly defaulting to the value of 4. This was not correct, it should default to a value of 88. This was fixed in routine ONCOU55. 22) Collaborative Staging The Collaborative Staging web service URL has been updated to point to a new server located in Washington Central Office, thus replacing the need to point to the Hines development account. This is a more stable, secure and robust server to use for Collaborative Staging.
