============================================================================= Run Date: JUN 12, 2024 Designation: ONC*2.2*19 Package : ONC - ONCOLOGY Priority: EMERGENCY Version : 2.2 SEQ #17 Status: Released Compliance Date: JUN 20, 2024 ============================================================================= Associated patches: (v)ONC*2.2*18 <<= must be installed BEFORE `ONC*2.2*19' Subject: CLOUD MIGRATION Category: - Routine - Data Dictionary - Input Template Description: ============ 1. This patch will address the cloud migration of VistA Oncology interface The patch will update the VistA Oncology interface with the NAACCR Edits and Collaborative Staging. The server which currently houses NAACCR Edits and Collaborative Staging is being replaced and the Edits and Collaborative Staging are being moved to a cloud server. The existing Oncology interface, which utilizes HealtheVet Web Services, needs to be updated to interface with the new cloud server. 2. This patch will correct an issue with 'Pending Delete' Abstract Status This patch will fix an issue with the new 'Pending Delete' Abstract Status. The previous patch (ONC*2.2*18) introduced a new abstract status called Pending Delete, but it was only able to be used on cases that were previously completed cases, which limited its effectiveness. This patch will allow the Pending Delete status to be used for any cases, not just previously completed ones. 3. This patch will address an issue with the "NA" (not applicable) code for Race fields The patch will address an issue with the race codes for the Oncology Patient (#160) file. Patch ONC*2.2*18 introduced a new Race Code called "Native Hawaiian". This caused an issue in the default values for Race 2 - Race 5 fields in which the "NA" would force the user to select between "NA" and "Native Hawaiian". This issue is fixed by renaming the description of code #88 to the correct value of "No additional races (Race 2 - Race 5) which is the correct NAACCR data definition, which also eliminated the default problem. 4. This patch will fix several typos in Oncology text and code descriptions The patch will fix several typos in Oncology, including a typo in Gastrointestinal Stroma (chapter 43.1) of Oncology Staging Chapters, an incorrect description in codes 100 and 200 for Oropharynx cases and missing text in Merkel Cell (chapter 46) code description.
