I10993318FY17 - Anti-Coagulation Show Rate not displaying correct information Defect Tracking System Tickets(s) & Overview: --------------------------------------------- 1. I10993318FY17(CA SDM) - Anticoagulation Tool field discrepancy Problem: -------- Patient enrolled in Anticoag lists 2 missed appointments of 21 visits, but Show Rate in anti-coagulator tool displays 52.3%. Second patient lists 1 missed appointment of 5 visits, but Show Rate displays as 0%. Solution: --------- Routine ORAM2 currently reviews the last comment line to count visits. Routine will be modified to check second to last comment line and count the visit accordingly. In addition it will be modified to detect deleted visits. Routine: ORAM2 Please note, during testing of OR*3*459, two additional issues with show rate were identified. These are being researched and will be addressed in a future patch - OR*3*451. Test Sites: ----------- Boise VAMC Denver VAMC Installation Instructions: -------------------------- This patch may be installed with users on the system although it is recommended that it be installed during non-peak hours to minimize potential disruption to users. This patch should take less than 5 minutes to install. 1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu. 2. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the Installation menu. 3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter OR*3.0*459). a. Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup message of any routines exported with the patch. It will NOT backup any other changes such as DDs or templates. b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - this option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch is installed c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. d. Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view the components of the KIDS build. 4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package OR*3.0*459. 5. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONS during install? NO//", respond NO. 6. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? NO//", respond NO.
