Description:

 OR*3*469 is a part of the MOCHA v2.1b FOLLOW UP COMBINED BUILD. This 
 patch brings in the following changes:
  
 1. Eliminates the Duplicate Drug Order Check in CPRS for medications. The 
 Duplicate Drug Order Check will only be performed for supply items in 
 CPRS. No changes have been made in backdoor Outpatient Pharmacy.
  
 2. Duplicate Therapy Order Checks will be performed against specific 
 types of orders.  A summary table of this logic can be found in the 
 release notes document for this patch.  No changes were made in backdoor 
 Pharmacy applications.
  
 3. Duplicate drug therapy order checks are not displaying for certain
 IV orders against outpatient medications that are a duplicate drug 
 therapy to either the solution or additive of the IV order.

    Problem:
    -------
    Duplicate drug therapy order checks are not displaying for certain
    IV orders against outpatient medications that are a duplicate 
    drug therapy to either the solution or additive of the IV order. 
  
    Resolution:
    ----------
    The duplicate therapy check for IV orders will include checks of
    both the solutions and additives of the IV order against outpatient
    medication orders.  
  
    Technical Details:
    -----------------
    The routine ORKPS is modified to write both the solution and the 
    additive of an IV order to internal array ORKDRUGA which is used 
    later in the order checking process to check for duplicate drug 
    therapies.
