Description:

 The purpose of this patch is to correct the installation instructions for 
 patch OR*3.0*453.
  
 Originally, OR*3*453 was a host file release. However, it was converted 
 to a PackMan style release. While the installation guide was 
 appropriately updated, the patch description was not.
  
 In the OR*3*453 patch description, this statement needed to be updated:
 "The software for this patch is being released using a host file.
  
 The host file is available at the following location:
 /srv/vista/patches/SOFTWARE/OR_30_453.KID"
  
 The updated statement should have been: "The software for this patch is 
 being released as a PackMan message".
  
 In addition, please refer to the CPRS Patch OR*3.0*453 Provider Role Tool 
 Deployment, Installation, Back-Out, and Rollback Guide for Software
 Installation Instructions, Installation example, and security set up for
