 The purpose of this patch is to formally release the functionality 
 for the Unified Action Profile in the Computerized Patient Record 
 System (CPRS) Graphical User Interface (GUI). 
  
 The CPRS v32a released the software in a disabled state and sites 
 were advised to not configure or utilize it until it could be 
 verified during production testing. 
  
 There are manual updates related to this release. This patch is also 
 being utilized to publish those changes.
  
 Please note: the updated Help file will be released with CPRS v32b.
