However, some of those changes have caused issues in provider lookups. The purpose of this patch is to help to mitigate those issues until the release of CPRS Enhancements Phase I, which has a set of changes to fully support Community Care providers, not only for provider selection in CPRS, but also helping mitigate downstream process issues. Specifically, this patch addresses the following: . the removal of Non-VA Providers from provider selection, assuming they still have the NVA tab and access to the OR CPRS GUI CHART menu option . the exclusion of terminated providers for searching on the Notes tab . the exclusion of Non-VA providers as additional signers . will now differentiate between terminated providers and providers with no access code . allows for providers that have multiple COR tab assignments . terminated providers will no long appear in the selection list when the OR CPRS GUI CHART menu option is locked Patch Components: ----------------- Files & Fields Associated: File Name (Number) Field Name (Number) New/Modified/Deleted ------------------ ------------------- -------------------- N/A Forms Associated: Form Name File Number New/Modified/Deleted --------- ----------- -------------------- N/A Mail Groups Associated: Mail Group Name New/Modified/Deleted --------------- -------------------- N/A Options Associated: Option Name Type New/Modified/Deleted ----------- ---- -------------------- N/A Protocols Associated: Protocol Name New/Modified/Deleted ------------- -------------------- N/A Security Keys Associated: Security Key Name ----------------- N/A Templates Associated: Template Name Type File Name (Number) New/Modified/Deleted ------------- ---- ------------------ -------------------- N/A Remote Procedures Associated: Remote Procedure Name New/Modified/Deleted --------------------- -------------------- N/A Parameter Definitions Associated: Parameter Name New/Modified/Deleted -------------- -------------------- N/A Additional Information: ----------------------- N/A Blood Bank Team Coordination: ----------------------------- N/A New Service Requests (NSRs): ---------------------------- N/A Patient Safety Issues (PSIs): ----------------------------- N/A Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: -------------------------------------------- N/A Test Sites: ----------- Software and Documentation Retrieval Instructions: -------------------------------------------------- The software for this patch is being released in a PackMan message.
