Description:

 The purpose of this patch is to modify the Demographic report in the 
 Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) Graphical User Interface (GUI)
 to include the Self-Identified Gender Information, when available.
  
 This patch will be part of the sexual orientation build to support NSR 
 20150414 Sexual Orientation Identity and will be part of a multi-package 
 build containing two other patches: PXRM*2.0*78 and GMTS*2.7*141.
