INC19415442 - IV medication orders show different administration times. Problem: -------- An IV piggyback order is entered as intermittent with admin times. If the admin times are edited while processing the order in back-door pharmacy the admin times are not updated correctly in CPRS. In the order details in CPRS. The administration times under "Order:" are not updated with the edited admin times entered in back-door. The administration times under the "IV Print Name:" is updated with the new admin time. Resolution: ----------- The routine modification in ORMPS2 will correct a condition that was overwriting the admin values to be sent to OERR via an HL7 message. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. INC21944732 (INC22388788 duplicate) - Units per dose displays wrong on 1st access Problem: -------- On a order, upon change, the dispense drug dosage does not highlight correctly in CPRS, showing that it was not correctly identified. Resolution: ----------- The modifications made in ORMPS2 will correctly identify the dispense drug units per dose and allow CPRS to display the dispense drug dosage correctly. Part of this fix was corrected with OR*3.0*405. However, an additional change was implemented which corrected identification of dispense drug based on comment field, which properly identifies correct piece of data. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. INC23313648 - MAD - CPRS Lab alerts issue - Requesting help from National (audit does not seem to work for "alert on results" field in file 100) Problem: -------- The ORDER (#100) file ALERT ON RESULTS (35) field is not included in FileMan audits when it is turned on. It was determined that the update when the Alert when Results action was selected in CPRS, that the ORDER (#100) ALERT ON RESULTS (35) was not being updated/written by a FileMan routine, but directly. This prevented that data from being available in the FileMan audit. Resolution: ----------- Modified ORWDXA to correctly update the ORDER (#100) file ALERT ON RESULTS (35) field via a FileMan routine. This allows the data for the field to be available for audit. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. INC23303116 - WCO - ERROR TRAP - AGET+13^ORWORR - VIAB WEB SERVICES OPTION Problem: -------- Hard error on routine ORWORR using VIAB Web Services Option when a null IEN is sent. Resolution: ----------- This routine modification corrects the issue causing the hard error when using the VIAB Web Services Option by creating a response that would mimic an IEN not found.
