$TXT Created by DEV.VISTA.OCTO.DOMAIN.EXT (KIDS) on Tuesday, 11/21/23 at 13:43 ============================================================================= Run Date: FEB 08, 2024 Designation: OR*3*614 Package : OR - ORDER ENTRY/RESULTS REPORTING Priority: Mandatory Version : 3 SEQ #514 Status: Released Compliance Date: MAR 11, 2024 ============================================================================= Subject: ADD NEW DEFINITIONS TO COM OBJECTS FILE Category: - Enhancement (Mandatory) Description: ============ This patch will install the necessary COM Objects to support the Clinical Decision Support Platform (CDSP). CDSP is the core system to power Clinical Decision Support (CDS) applications. It enables rapid development and deployment of applications that follow Substitutable Medical Applications and Reusable Technologies (SMART) family of standards such as SMART on FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and CDS Hooks. CDSP facilitates the launch of CDS applications from within the VA Electronic Health Record (EHR) - CPRS and Clinical Context Object Workgroup (CCOW) vault patient context synchronization. The system encompasses technical infrastructure and shared capabilities to interact with electronic health record data, as well as specific applications providing clinical decision support such as Covid-19 Patient Manager (CPM), Lung Cancer Screening Platform (LCSPv2). This patch adds two new entries to file 101.15 (OE/RR COM OBJECTS). The two entries are: 1. NAME: CDSP COM OBJ 1.0 OBJECT GUID: {5F1F8103-D2DD-4EA7-869F-B83C47B84E5A} 2. NAME: CDSP COM OBJ WRAPPER 1.0 OBJECT GUID: {22C366D7-0242-4A5E-AECE-82E4770D4EE5} Adding the above entries to the OE/RR COM OJBECTS file will allow the COM Objects to be triggered from actions in CPRS This patch is a companion patch to CDSP*1*0, however, order of installation is not important.
