 Problem:
 --------
 The current CPRS Setup Guide, on Page 25 states:
  
    Allocate CPRS Security Keys
    The Provider, ORES, ORELSE, and OREMAS keys deal with authorization for 
    writing orders. More than one of them should not be assigned to the same 
    user.
  
 This is incorrect since the PROVIDER key is not part of the other three keys
 that are mutually exclusive to each other. This should be rewritten to
 properly clarify this relationship.
  
  
 Resolution:

 Page 25 of the CPRS Setup Guide has been corrected to read:
  
    Allocate CPRS Security Keys
    The Provider, ORES, ORELSE, and OREMAS keys deal with authorization for 
    writing orders. Only one of the ORES, ORELSE, and OREMAS keys should be
