The patch is distributed via the National Patch Module. The main problem corrected by this patch occurs when changing the name of an existing PCMM team. The SC('TEAM' cross-reference in the hospital location file (#44) is not being correctly updated by the 'ASCTEAM' cross-reference on the .01 field of the TEAM file (404.51) The partial data dictionary patch included here corrects this cross-reference in the TEAM file, and the patch to routine SCMCDD2 corrects the associated code. A post-install routine will run to clean up and resynchronize the ^SC('TEAM' cross-reference with the existing data in the TEAM and TEAM POSITION files. A secondary problem whereby the list of available team positions was incorrectly retrieving field 8 instead of field 9 of the TEAM POSITION file (404.57) for the associated clinic has been corrected in routine SCMCDD1. Both problems were reported in NOIS PRO-0297-11606. The patch consists of the enclosed PackMan message.
