Duplicate 'AB' cross references exist in file PROCUREMENT & ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS (#442). 2. Modify IFCAP security key PRCSCPO 'Keep at Terminate' setting to 'NO'. 3. Option Accrual (Monthly) [PRCB MONTHLY ACCRUAL] creating multiple monthly accrual nodes in file MONTHLY ACCRUAL (#440.7). ASSOCIATED NSR(s): ================== N/A Remedy: ======= 1. HD0000000519387 Duplicate 'AB' cross references exist on file 442 2. HD0000000413791 Key PRCSCPO keep at terminate setting 3. HD0000000519387 Duplicate 'AB' cross references exist on file 442 Problem: -------- When editing the Purchase Card P.O. Date on a subsequent date the previous file PROCUREMENT & ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS (#442) 'AB' cross reference for old date will not be deleted when modified to current date. Resolution: ----------- Modify routine PRCHNPO5 and input template [PRCH DETAILED PURCHASE CARD] to insure older date is removed from 'AB' cross reference when updated with more current date. A pre-install process will remove any extraneous 'AB' cross references from prior Detailed Purchase Card editing. Routines: PRCHNPO5, PRC159P1 (pre-install) Input Template: PRCH DETAILED PURCHASE CARD 2. HD0000000413791 Key PRCSCPO keep at terminate setting Problem: -------- Security key PRCSCPO terminate setting is currently set to 'YES' to insure key is kept when user is terminated. Resolution: ----------- A post install routine will set security key PRCSCPO found in file SECURITY KEY (#19.1) to 'NO'. Also, the post install routine runs an audit against file NEW PERSON (#200) to remove key from any terminated employee. The install will show this: PRC*5.1*159 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Running Post-Install Routine: START^PRC159P Number of TERMINATED employees with key PRCSCPO still assigned: 116 Number of ACTIVE employees with key PRCSCPO still assigned: 209 Number of employees with *NO* node 0 information: 1 This will satisfy any future government audit that may be done in relation to the current holders of key. The IFCAP Package Security Guide for IFCAP has been modified August/2011 for the PRCSCPO key setting under Chapter 3 - IFCAP Security Keys & Other Features. The IFCAP Technical Manual p. 127 is being modified with this release. Routines: PRC159P (post install) 3. HD0000000514167 Accrual (Monthly) [PRCB MONTHLY ACCRUAL] **Lagging** Problem: -------- The option Accrual (Monthly) [PRCB MONTHLY ACCRUAL] will create multiple month accrual nodes in file MONTHLY ACCRUAL (#440.7) when the month is recompiled and printing is queued. Resolution: ----------- Modify routine PRCB1F to prevent locking contention when monthly recompile is queued to a printer.
