    Problem:
    --------
    During order obligation a fiscal data document is transmitted to FMS 
    using a HL7 packet layout., The HL7 packet created uses segment MOA for
    Cost Center and Sub Cost Center.  When using a Cost Center with the
    last two digits other than 00, (ex. 802101) it is set as 802100 in the
    Cost Center field and the Sub Cost Center field is set with the last
    two digits of the Cost Center which in this case is 01.
  
    The problem has been for some time that FMS has been expecting the full
    cost center and sub cost center (802101) to be reported fully within
    the Cost Center field of the MOA segment and the Sub Cost Center field
    always set to 00.

    Resolution:

    Modify the FMS transmission packet created for segment MOA for Cost 
    Center and Sub Cost Center.  Cost Center (ex. 802101) will now be set
    as 802101 in the Cost Center fields and the Sub Cost Center field will 
    be set with 00. This will align the Cost Center handling with the
    current process used by the FMS data handler.

 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

 You may install this patch at any time without interruption to users. 
 It should take less than 2 minutes to install this patch.
  
  
    1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
       INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
   
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select 
       the Installation menu.  
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: 
       (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter PRC*5.1*178)
   
         a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
             you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
             transport global.
         b.  Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
             the components of the KIDS build.
         c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
             allow you to view all changes that will be made when this 
             patch is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
             (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
         d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
             message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
             backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
   
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package 
       PRC*5.1*178.
   
    5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
       NO//" respond NO.  
  
    6. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Schedule Options, Menu Options and
       Protocols? YES//', respond YES.
