INC7810697 - IFCAP-PHI-Line item 1 is missing NSN! error when amending a requisition Problem: -------- When a user enters one, '?', to receive a help prompt on the VENDOR field (#5) of the PROCUREMENT & ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS file (#442), the help prompt does not appear. When adding a new vendor the user is not prompted for the FEDERAL SOURCE field (#.06) of the VENDOR file (#440). Resolution: ----------- The VENDOR field (#5) of the PROCUREMENT & ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS file (#442) has been modified so a help prompt will be displayed when a user enters a, '?'. The input template PRCHVENDOR has also been modified so the user will be prompted for the FEDERAL SOURCE field (#.06) in the VENDOR file (#440), when entering a new vendor. This patch should take less than 5 minutes to install. Installation Instructions: 1. If the release is provided using PackMan, choose the PackMan message containing this build. Then select the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option to load the build. 2. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the Installation Menu. From this menu, A. Select the Verify Checksums in Transport Global option to confirm the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. When prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter the patch or build name PRC*5.1*215. NOTE: Using will not bring up a Multi-Package build even if it was loaded immediately before this step. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch is installed.
