XMDB*1.0*3 needs to be installed PRIOR to this patch, PRC*5.1*225. In addition, both patches are being released with a shortened compliance date of 7 days. ********************************************************************** IFCAP patch, PRC*5.1*225, addresses the following: The FMBT Data Conversion Readiness Team has requested a Class 1 enhancement to IFCAP to create a new Purchase Card Order year to date accrual extract based on data selection similar to that of the current Year to Date Accrual report [PRCB YEAR TO DATE ACCRUAL]. The extract process is to use the comma separated, variable length field (CSV) record format and load the records into MailMan messages sent to an FOC-AUSTIN mainframe queue for processing. The extract is to be generated by two options: 1. The sending of the monthly accrual SV (Standard Voucher) transactions by existing option Accrual (Monthly) [PRCB MONTHLY ACCRUAL]. After the SVs are sent, the option will call an API to generate the year to date accrual extract. 2. A new, separate menu option Year to Date Accrual Extract [PRCB YTD ACCRUAL EXTRACT] by which an IFCAP user can directly invoke the extract generation. The data will be used for data cleanse analysis, conversion analysis, and conversion into the iFAMS (Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System).
