Due to system configuration changes, there has been a change in the location where these host files are placed so that they are accessible to VistA instances. To support this change, the default directory for the "Enter the file's directory: " prompt has been changed in options Load Items From Host File [PRCHITEM_BULK_LOAD_VIA_HFS] and Manufacturer Bulk Load [PRCHITEM MANUFACTURER LOAD]. For the manufacturer bulk load, a default file name has also been added to the "Enter file name:" prompt. There still is no default file name for the corresponding prompt for the item load option as the actual name will vary more often.
