INC40640862- IFCAP-OKL-Need to increase purchase card limit to $15,000 Problem: -------- When running the Convert Temporary 2237 to PC Request [PRCH CONV TEMP] option, staff are presented with the message "The dollar amount for this transaction exceeds the $10000 purchase card cutoff" if the dollar amount for the transaction exceeds $10,000. Staff would like the cutoff amount to be increased to $15,000. Resolution: ----------- This option attempts to convert VA Form 90-2237 (Request, Turn-In, and receipt For Property Or Services) data into a Purchase Card request. When the 2237 form is created, there is no transaction dollar amount verification performed. With this modification, once the control point, inventory point, and transaction number are entered, the transaction amount will be verified to be under $15,000 instead of the current $10,000. If the dollar amount is less than $15,000, the conversion process will proceed. Should the amount be greater than $15,000, staff will be presented with the message stating the transaction amount is greater than the permitted cutoff amount.
