INC38401009 - Cross-Servicing Stop Reactivate Report False Positives Problem: -------- When running the Cross-Servicing Stop Reactivate Report, the system does not check the current TCSP (Treasury Cross-Servicing Program) referral status of the debtor. A debtor can be stopped and reactivated for Cross-Servicing multiple times, and therefore can have multiple entries in the TCSP REFERRAL STOP FLAG field. Because of this, running the report and choosing the option for Currently Flagged may cause debtors that have been reactivated for Cross-Servicing to incorrectly appear in the Report. Also, running the report and choosing the option for Reactivated may cause debtors that have been stopped from Cross-Servicing to incorrectly appear in the report. Resolution: ----------- Routine RCTCSP4E has been modified to check the current status of the debtor by checking the most recent entry in the TCSP REFERRAL STOP FLAG field in the AR DEBTOR file 340.
