 This patch is addressing the issue regarding all the Third Party bills
 associated with only revenue codes for pharmacy that are missed in
 the CBO AR Data Extract process.

 REMEDY OVERVIEW:
 ================
 1. HD201657 All Third Party Pharmacy Data Not Transmitted To ARC
  
 Problem:
 --------
 The CBO AR Data Extract process didn't pick up all the third party 
 pharmacy bills when there are no procedures but revenue codes on the
 bills.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 The extract software in routine RCXVDC4 has been modified to work in the 
 following manner to extract procedure/charge data for a single claim.
  
  1. Separately extract all procedures and charges to fix the procedure and
     charge codes not correctly linked by the extract.
  2. For each procedure record, find the matching charge record by matching
     CPT codes to create a procedure-charge pair. If a matching charge
     record can't be found for a procedure record, create a pair with a 
     blank charge record.
  3. For each remaining (unmatched) charge record, leave the CPT code in
     blank and create a pair with a blank procedure code.
  
 Also routine RCXVDC has been modified to not send out the procedure header
 or the revenue code header if there are no procedures or revenue codes
 associated with the bills. Routine RCXVFTP has been modified to update
 the USER ID to correspond to the new one used to connect to the test
 directory at ARC.
  
        ================INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS =================
 This patch can be loaded with users in the system. This patch should be
 installed at a time when the Accounts Receivable Nightly Process Background
 Job [PRCA NIGHTLY PROCESS] is not scheduled to run. Use Taskman to determine
 when it is scheduled. Installation time will be less than 2 minutes.
  
    1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
       INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.
  
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select 
       the Installation menu.  
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: 
       (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter PRCA*4.5*256)
  
         a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
             you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
             transport global.
         b.  Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
             the components of the KIDS build.
         c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
             allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
             is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
             (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
         d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
             message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
             backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
  
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package PRCA*4.5*256.
  
    5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
       YES//" respond NO.  
   
    6. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
       Protocols? YES//" respond NO.
