This patch should have no EHRM impact. There is no installation required on any local VistA systems. The following issues are addressed in this release: Allergies - For a patient with no allergy assessment, added the dialogs and capability to mark 'No Known Allergies' for a patient at the selected site. If the logged in AMPL user has VistA keys for the selected site and the patient has no allergy assessment, the option to mark 'No Known Allergies' will be presented in the 'No Allergy Assessment' popup dialog. Allergies - For the marking of the 'No Known Allergies' action, updated the allergy assessment message displayed if the patient is reloaded prior to the action being complete. Allergies - In the Allergies/ADRs tab and in the Crisis Notes, Warnings, Adverse Reactions/Allergies, Directives (CWAD) Posting, resolved an issue with not displaying the assessing username for the mark 'No Known Allergies' action. Coversheet - For the CWAD Postings button, added pregnancy and lactation indicators. Coversheet - In the Links menu, added a link to the 'Clinical Decision Support (CDS) Consol' which will launch the CDS portal in a new tab. CDS utilizes patient context to show the data for the patient currently open in AMPL. Coversheet - On the patient Coversheet, the link was removed from the patient image to the contact folder to remove redundant hyperlinks (More/Less). Demographics - In Patient Demographics, a red triangle warning icon will be displayed if the mail status expiration date is past the current date. Clicking on this icon will display a warning message popup. MedList - For the Clinic Column, Expanded and Long Profile views, updated the sort to be non-case sensitive. MedList - For the Inpatient Column, Expanded and Long Profile views, updated the sort to be non-case sensitive. MedList - For Inpatient and Clinic orders (IV and UD), hovering over the flagged icon will now display the date/time the order was flagged, flagged by, and the flag reason. MedList - For Pending Outpatient orders, hovering over the flagged icon will now display the date/time the order was flagged, flagged by, and the flag reason. MedList - For the Inpatient and Clinic IV orders Detail View, added the display of Flag/Unflag information, including the person who flagged/unflagged the order, the date/time, and the reason. Pending Orders Manager - For the Pending Orders Manager Clinic Orders tab, reorganized the tables on the bottom of the page as follows: reversed the Ward and DOB column positions for both tables; moved the Toggle button to a better position; and labelled the Toggle button as "Show Detail". Pending Orders Manager - For the Pending Orders Manager Inpatient Orders tab, reorganized the tables on the bottom of the page as follows: reversed the Ward and DOB column positions for both tables; moved the Toggle button to a better position; labelled the Toggle button as "Show Detail"; and updated the column header from 'Wait Time (hh:mm)" to "Wait Time (dd:hh:mm)". Pending Orders Manager - In the Pending Orders Manager Inpatient and Clinic tabs, updated the Toggle button label to 'Show Detail' when the toggle is inactive. Once the toggle is enabled the table with the Pharmacy Orderable Item will display. Pending Orders Manager - In the Pending Orders Manager Clinic tab, updated the help text for the Toggle button to make it clearer. Pending Orders Manager - In the Pending Orders Manager query editor, removed the Internal Entry Number (IEN) that was displaying in front of the name when selecting 'Unflagged By' or 'Flagged By' filter values. Pharmacogenomics - Added the Pharmacogenomics (PGx) tab which will display Lab Date, Gene, Activity Score, Genotype, and Phenotype information for active lab results. The data will be sorted by Lab Date (newest first) then by Gene with options to reverse or remove sorts. The NPP SharePoint link will also be provided at the bottom of the tab. Pharmacogenomics - For the new PGx tab, added the 'More' button to provide additional data for test results including alleles tested, sample date, lab name, panel name, provider, and station number. The sample date and station number are sortable columns. Pharmacogenomics - For the new PGx tab, added the capability to print the data. Pharmacogenomics - For the new PGx tab, added the capability to print the expanded view of the test results. Pharmacogenomics - In the PGx tab, added a filter for gene in the query editor. This filter has 'is', 'is not', and 'contains' conditions along with the option to multiselect values.
