 The Pharmacy Product System-National (PPS-N) is a Web-based application
 that provides the ability to manage pharmacy-specific data across the VA
 enterprise, ensuring that all facilities are using the same base data
 for their operations. It allows approved national VA personnel to easily,
 quickly, and safely manage the VA National Formulary which directs which
 products (such as medications and supplies) are to be purchased and used
 by the VA hospital system.
  
 The PPS-N application performs the following major business functions:
  
 * Add/edit/approve medication and supply information
 * Synchronize changes in PPS-N with VistA sites
 * Output various reports
 * Process additions and updates from First DataBank (FDB)
 * Search for and add drug information from First DataBank
  
 PPS-N v3.0.4 contains the fix for ONE Service Now Ticket.

 INC2184628: Error message when running Products and Warning Labels Report 
 in PPS-N
   
  
 Problem:
 ========
 The defect headline mentions the Preview Update Report, but it was the 
 Products and Warnings Labels report that was causing the problem. When 
 there were more than 10 warning labels in the FDB data for a product, the 
 Products and Warnings Labels report would hang and also cause an error 
 message to show up on various other report pages, including the Preview 
 Update Report.
  
  
 Resolution:
 ===========
 Modified Products and Warning Labels Report code to handle situations 
 where the FDB data contains more than 10 warning labels for a drug. The 
 existing report code fails with an error when there are eleven or more 
 warning labels for a product. Per PBM guidance, this report now ignores 
 any warning labels after the tenth label.

 at one of the OI Field Offices. The preferred method is to retrieve files

 elect to retrieve files directly from a specific server. 
 Sites may retrieve the software and/or documentation directly using 
 Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE
