  Issue #1
  In preparation to support non-patient identity management, the Master
  Patient Index (MPI) has added new fields and several new cross-references
  to the PAID EMPLOYEE (#450) file.
   
  Trigger cross-references have been added to the following PAID EMPLOYEE
  (#450) file fields.  These cross-references will support the enumeration
  or correlation of records within the PAID EMPLOYEE (#450) file.
  EMPLOYEE NAME (#.01)
  SSN (#8)
  SEX (#31)
  DATE OF BIRTH (#32)
  RESIDENCE STATE (#186)
  RESIDENCE ADDRESS LINE 1 (#186.1)
  RESIDENCE ADDRESS LINE 2 (#186.2)
  RESIDENCE ADDRESS LINE 3 (#186.3)
  RESIDENCE ADDRESS ZIP CODE (#186.4)
   
  The following new fields have been added to the PAID EMPLOYEE (#450) file.

  Issue #2
  A Health Level Seven (HL7) PMU segment builder has been created to
  support the enumeration or correlation of records within the PAID
  EMPLOYEE (#450) file.  This functionality is distributed in routines
  PRSHL7B and PRSMPI.
  
  The following new entries have been added to the PROTOCOL (#101) file.

  Installation Instructions:

  This patch takes less than 2 minutes to install.  This patch should
  be loaded during non-peak hours to minimize disruption to the users.
   
  1.  Users are allowed on the system during patch installation.
     
  2.  Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu.
      Note:  TEXT PRINT/DISPLAY option in the PackMan menu will display
      the patch text only.
     
  3.  From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select
      the Installation menu.
   
  4.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following options:
      (a)  Backup a Transport Global.
      (b)  Compare Transport Global to Current System.
      (c)  Verify Checksums in Transport Global.
      (d)  Print Transport Global.
   
  5.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package PRS*4.0*128.
   
  6.  When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//',
      respond NO.
   
  7.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
      Protocols? NO//', respond NO.
