IMR6 CLINIC ORDERS, WITNESS FOR HIGH RISK/HIGH ALERT DRUGS, AND IV BAG LOGIC project enhancement also includes a new Graphical User Interface (GUI) executable file, BCMA.EXE, and the following 4 patches that were released on December 12, 2013: 1. PSS*1*172 2. PSJ*5*279 3. OR*3*266 4. PSB*3*70 The CLINIC ORDERS, WITNESS FOR HIGH RISK/HIGH ALERT DRUGS, and IV BAG LOGIC Project addresses enhancements identified during Inpatient Medications Requirements for Special Focus Group Initial Request Analysis (IMR SFG IRA) Phase III/Phase IV, as well as modifications requested by the Bar Code Medication Administration (BCMA) and Inpatient Medications workgroups. ************************************************************************** PSB*3*73 will enhance the BCMA Backup System (BCBU) to support Clinic Orders. The Backup System will be able to store a Clinic name, per each order, for orders associated with clinic locations. The existing Medication Administration Report (MAR) will now print the clinic name along with the order under a heading label of "Location". The word "INPATIENT" will also print under the "Location" heading for Inpatient Medication orders, which are associated with the ward, of patients that are admitted. This patch will add two new menu options to support the printing of MAR reports for Selected Clinic or All Clinics. In addition, the Divisional and Default initialization options were updated to include Clinic Order data. Please refer to the BCMA Backup System (BCBU) Installation Guide for PSB*3*73 for installation details and updated options.
