Description:

 This patch contains updates to the Bar Code Medication Administration 
 (BCMA) package to support the Enterprise Health Management Platform (eHMP)
 package.
  
 This patch ensures that any changes made to medications via Bar Code 
 Medical Administration in VistA can be shared with eHMP subscribers.
 This patch contains two routines PSBML and PSBVPR which are called by the 
 new protocol PSB EVSEND VPR. The PSB EVSEND VPR protocol has the HMP PSB 
 EVENTS attached to it.
  
 ****NOTE****
 This patch is part of a pre-requisite, multi-build host file which 
 contains all the patches needed prior to installation of the HMP 2.0 
 package.  This patch name is HMP PREREQUISITE BUNDLE 2.0.  The 
 multi-build contains the following patches:
