INC000001048213 - BCMA DUE List Report ignores IVPB with On Call Status Patient Safety Issue: ===================== PSPO #3160 and #3174 Problem: -------- The Bar code Medication Administration (BCMA) Due List Report does not display Intravenous Piggy Back (IVPB) orders with an Inpatient Pharmacy Status of "On Call". Resolution: ----------- Routine PSBMLVAL was modified to include orders with a STATUS (#100) of "On Call" in the IV SUB-FILE (#55.01) of the PHARMACY PATIENT (#55) file. 2. INC000001100985 - Missed Medication Report shows missed administrations Problem: -------- The Missed Medication Report incorrectly displays past administrations as missed when an order's Administration Times are edited at least 1 day after the start date of the medication, and the date/time of the edit are not included in the time frame of the report. Resolution: ----------- Routine PSBOMM2 was modified to take into account all edits made for Administration Times, and properly display them on the Missed Medications report. 3. R7187594FY16 - Need to Add BCMA IEN Search option to Pharmacy Menu Problem: -------- There is no Menu Option to access the nationally released duplicate drug IEN numbers code in VISTA Pharmacy, found at SCANNER^PSBMLTS. Resolution: ----------- Menu option BCMA Drug IEN Synonym Check [PSB DRUG IEN CHECK] was created. Post install routine PSB388P will add the option to the Medication Administration Menu Pharmacy [PSB PHARMACY] menu. 4. I7441795FY16 - IV Bag Detail not displaying on all patients Patient Safety Issue: ===================== PSPO # 3085 Problem: -------- The IV Bag Detail on the IV tab does not display for a patient when opening the patient's Virtual Due List (VDL) after having another patient's VDL open. Resolution: ----------- Routine PSBRPC2 was modified to use the correct patient Internal Entry Number (IEN) when checking for IV bag history. Note: ----- Routine PSBRPC2 will display as an XINDEX error when installing this patch. This is current functionality, and the XINDEX error has been allowed by the Standards and Conventions Committee exemption approved 4/14/2011. Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view the components of the KIDS build. c. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch is installed. It compares all components of this patch (routines, DD's, templates, etc.). d. Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not backup any other changes such as DD's or templates. 4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package PSB*3.0*88. 5. When prompted "Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of Install? NO//" respond NO. 6. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//" respond NO. 7. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? NO//" respond NO. 8. Routine PSB388P may be deleted using the Delete Routine [XTRDEL] option after installation of this patch.
