Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: 1. INC12003990 - Vista issues: automatic replenishment/ward stock (AR/WS) pharmacy package Problem 1: ---------- Automatic Replenishment/Ward Stock (AR/WS) pharmacy package has a conversion factor that should convert drug file entries that have a dispense unit of ML (milliliter) or GM (gram) to cost for EA (each) when on demand requests are entered for charging. Affected reports are Cost Report Per AOU (80 column) [PSGW COST PER AOU] option, Single Item Cost Report (80 column) [PSGW SINGLE ITEM COST] option, High Cost Report (80 column) [PSGW HIGH COST] option, High Volume Report (80 column) [PSGW HIGH VOLUME] option, & Standard Cost Report (132 column) [PSGW STANDARD COST REPORT] option. These reports are found under Automatic Replenishment [PSGWMGR] option, Supervisor's Menu, Management Reports. The issue occurs when the dispense unit in the Drug (#50) file is not equivalent to an entire unit of use. For example, a drug with the order unit of each (EA) and Dispense Unit of Milliliter (ML). The reports will multiply the number of units ordered by the PRICE PER DISPENSE UNIT to get the total price. The AR/WS AMIS CONVERSION NUMBER is meant to be the multiplier value but is not being used as it was intended. Resolution 1: ------------- Routines PSGWCPA, PSGWCPA1, PSGWSC, PSGWSC1, PSGWHC0, PSGWHC1, PSGWHV0, PSGWHV1, & PSGWSTD are updated with this patch so the reports calculate the costs correctly.
