HD0000000289086 - BCMA -Order Problem Schedule Frequency Issue Patient Safety Issue: --------------------- PSPO #1418 Problem: -------- When using the Order Entry (IV) [PSJI ORDER] menu option to finish multiple IV orders for the same patient, a variable containing the schedule frequency is being carried over from one order to the next, causing orders to be created with a frequency that does not match the schedule. Resolution: ----------- Routine PSIVOPT has been modified so that variable ZZND will be killed in the process of leaving order selection. This will prevent the frequency from previous orders from hanging over into the finishing of new orders resulting in BCMA and dosing problems.
