 Problem
 --------
 The PSJI BACKGROUND JOB has a few issues that are being addressed in this 
 patch.  The first issue is that the Missing Cost Information e-mail is 
 never getting generated.  The other issue is that the IV STATS file 
 (50.8) is not being handled correctly.  If an additive or solution is 
 missing its AVERAGE DRUG COST value, then its dispensing  information is 
 never recorded and, even though the cost is added at a later date, it 
 will not get retroactively added nor will recompilation of the IV Stats 
 File report recover this data.
  
 Resolution
 -----------
 The routine PSIVSTAT was modified to handle these issues.  First off, the
 temp global ^TMP("PSIVNC",$J was incorrectly having the data stored to
 ^TMP($J,"PSIVNC", which is why the report never ran and the Transaction
 node in the IV STATS file was always getting deleted.
  
 When exiting this process, the TMP Global was not getting killed because
 of a typo. 
  
  
        ================INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS =================
  
 It is not necessary to disable any options.  
 This patch should be installed during non-peak hours.
 It should take less than 2 minutes to install this patch.
  
    1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
       INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
   
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select 
       the Installation menu.  
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: 
       (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter PSJ*5.0*345)
   
         a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
             you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
             transport global.
         b.  Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
             the components of the KIDS build.
         c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
             allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
             is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
             (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
         d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
             message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
             backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
   
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package PSJ*5.0*345.
  
    5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
       NO//", respond NO.  
   
    6. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
       Protocols? NO//", respond NO.
  
 POST INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
 =========================
  
 A test site reported that the Missing Cost Information e-mail was not 
 sent even after the patch was installed which was fixed by rescheduling 
 the background job.  Although the background job should be working 
 properly at most sites, as a preventative measure, sites should delete 
 and reschedule the PSJI BACKGROUND JOB option in order to ensure it is 
 queued correctly. This should be rescheduled using "Schedule/Unschedule 
 Options" [XUTM SCHEDULE] and should be rescheduled with the same 
 parameters.
