Description:
============

 The build for this patch is distributed as part of a multi-package build 
 that contains OR*3.0*413 and PSJ*5.0*319. 
  
 The following issues are addressed by this patch:
 1. NSR#20120502, Clinic Orders - Inpatient Medications Edits and New Entry. 
  
 Pharmacist/pharmacy technician involved with verifying medication orders need 
 to be able to enter/adjust pending clinic medication orders within regular 
 pharmacy workflows, so that patient care is not delayed based on the original 
 provider entry of the clinic medication order.
  
 The following menu options were affected by clinic order change.

 PSJU NE      Order Entry
  
 A new action, CM New Clinic Medication Entry, was added to ListMan
 Inpatient order entry screen and is selectable by users for entering

 2. NSR#20090416, Changes to the Nurse Order Verification's Effect on 
    Order Status 
 This enhancement improves patient safety by preventing medication errors; 
 these errors occur when orders that the pharmacist has not completed reviewing
 are inadvertently activated by the nurse's verification.
  
 3. Addition of ICR#7123  NAME: PSOCLO1
 During the internal code review process, it was found that an integration 
 agreement was not in place for routine PSGOE7 to call routine PSOCLO1. The 
 change for PSGOE7 to call PSOCLO1 was implemented by the released patch 
 PSJ*5*327. This patch sought and received approval for the ICR.
  
  
 While testing, one of the test sites, Pittsburgh, reported a pre-existing 
 issue that is not addressed by this patch. It was logged as incident
 INC12424796. If the clinic location is changed when renewing a clinic
 order, the original clinic location remains when the order is verified 
 in backdoor, Inpatient Medication.

 1. RTC834841 - Start/Stop Dates reverse video not highlighting all of the
                header and value text since it was expanded to 4 digit year.
  
  
 Problem:
 --------
 Patch PSJ*5*373 changed the Start/Stop Dates from 2 to 4 digit year. However,
 on one of the ListMan screen for Inpatient Medication, the revere video does
 not highlight the entire word.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 PSJLMUDE routine was modified to have starting columns for fields 3 & 5 (Start
 and Stop respectively) changed to two columns to the left as well as the width
 increased by 2.
