Description:

 This patch creates a protocol, PSN NEW CLASS, which will be invoked during a
 data update if any entries in the VA PRODUCT file (#50.68) have
 been assigned a new VA DRUG CLASS.
  
 The protocol will be used to update ancillary applications when a change
 is made to the VA Drug Class assigned to a VA Product.
  
 The protocol also sends a message titled "Products with changed classes" to
 holders of the PSNMGR key, members of the NDF DATA mail group, and the
 installer of the update.

 Users may remain on the system.  Installation takes less than a minute.
  
 1.  Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE on the PackMan menu.
  
 2.  From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select
     the Installation menu.  When prompted, select PSN*4.0*176.
  
 3.  From this menu, you may choose to use the option Verify Checksums in
     Transport Global, Backup a Transport Global, and Compare Transport
     Global to Current System.  When prompted, select PSN*4.0*176.
  
 4.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select PSN*4.0*176.
  
 5.  When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//",
     respond NO.
  
 6.  When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
     Protocols? NO//", respond NO.
