Associated Remedy ticket(s): ============================ HD0000000369734 Rx was taken off hold and last fill date showed a date in the past. Associated NSR(s): ================== N/A Test Sites: =========== Chillicothe VAMC VA Heartland - East (Marion) VA Southern Nevada HCS - Las Vegas Sioux Falls VAMROC Remedy Overview: ================ HD0000000369734 Rx was taken off hold and last fill date showed a date in the past. Problem: ======== A refill is suspended to CMOP (Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy) for a future date and a HOLD is then placed on the refill prior to the CMOP date. When the pharmacy releases the hold after the original CMOP date the REFILL DATE defaults to that original CMOP date, which is now a past date. Resolution: =========== Need to modify the code to check to see if the REFILL DATE is in the past and if it is to use the current date as the default. Technical Resolution: ===================== Modify routine PSOHLD at EN+4. Added additional lines of code. ================ INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ================= It is not necessary to disable any options.
