If a CMOP (Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy) transmission is rejected, Outpatient Pharmacy provides the user with a reason for the rejection. This reason is displayed under the COMMENTS header of the CMOP EVENT LOG. The comment explaining the rejected message is not being entirely displayed. REASON FOR REJECTION -------------------- CMOP STOCKS PACKSIZE <= Incomplete message CMOP STOCKS PACKSIZE 30 <= Complete message 2. When viewing a prescription using menu option View Prescriptions [PSO VIEW], the conjunction Except does not show for complex orders. Associated Remedy Ticket(s): ============================ HD0000000386555 - Messages being cut-off HD0000000439428 - When viewing rx - conjunction not displaying for complex order Associated NSRs: ================ N/A Participating Test Sites: ========================= HEARTLAND-EAST HCS LOUISVILLE VAMC Remedy Overview: ================ 1. HD0000000386555 - Messages being cut-off Problem: -------- The CMOP Event Log is not displaying certain messages in its entirety. In the example below, the comment, "CMOP STOCKS PACKSIZE" should display "CMOP STOCKS PACKSIZE 30". FileMan displays the entire message but the CMOP Event Log under the [PSO VIEW] option does not provide enough space to display the entire message. Please see the example provided. *************************** E X A M P L E ********************************* CMOP Event Log: Date/Time Rx Ref TRN-Order Stat Comments ============================================================================ 05/03/10@1107 Orig 2629-238 NDISP CMOP STOCKS PACKSIZE 06/09/10@0756 Ref 1 3136-222 NDISP CMOP STOCKS PACKSIZE Resolution: ----------- Certain fields and headers can be moved left providing the space needed to display the complete message under the COMMENTS header. Technical Resolution: --------------------- Modify routine PSORXVW2 so that the entire message is displayed. 2. HD0000000439428 - When viewing rx - conjunction not displaying for complex order Problem: -------- When using the View Prescription [PSO VIEW] option for a complex order with the Except conjunction, the conjunction is not displaying. If the complex order has an 'And' or 'Then' conjunction, it does display properly. Resolution: ----------- When viewing a prescription using the View Prescriptions [PSO VIEW] menu option, the code was checking for an 'E' for the Except conjunction instead of checking for an 'X'. This caused the conjunction to not display. This will now check for 'X'. Technical Resolution: --------------------- Need to modify DOSE1+10^PSORXVW2 to check for X instead of E for the Except conjunction. =================== INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ===================== Installation will take less than 2 minutes.
