HD0000000284472 - Poly Pharmacy Report carrying over a variable Problem: -------- The same last 4 digits of the SSN prints for every patient with Non-VA meds and no prescriptions on the Poly Pharmacy Report. Resolution: ----------- Modify the report so as each patient is processed, the correct last 4 digits of their SSN prints correctly. Technical Resolution: --------------------- Modify routine PSOPOLY to call KVA^VADPT then PID^VADPT for each patient with non-VA meds and no prescriptions. 2. HD0000000616602 - BEG+4^PSOPOLY Problem: -------- An Undefined error occurs when running the Poly Pharmacy Report for one patient that only has Non-VA Meds and no Prescriptions. Resolution: ----------- Modify the report so it can be run for one patient with only Non-VA Meds and no prescriptions without erroring out. Technical Resolution: --------------------- Modify routine PSOPOLY to define variable P prior to looping down the patient's prescriptions and Non-VA meds at BEG+4^PSOPOLY. 3. HD0000000474930 - Display of CMOP Suspense Date truncated on reinstate on Medication Profile Screen Problem: -------- The display for the CMOP suspense date is being truncated on the Medication Profile Screen due to the length restrictions. Resolution: ----------- Shorten the message by removing the words "HAS BEEN" from the display. Technical Resolution: --------------------- Modify routine PSOCMOP to shorten the display message. This was approved by the PLE on April 4, 2011 via e-mail. ================INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ================= It is not necessary to disable any options. It is recommended to install this patch when users are not running the Poly Pharmacy Report. It should take less than 2 minutes to install this patch. 1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option. 2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select the Installation menu. 3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter PSO*7.0*405) a. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. b. Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view the components of the KIDS build. c. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch is installed. It compares all components of this patch (routines, DD's, templates, etc.). d. Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not backup any other changes such as DD's or templates. 4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package PSO*7.0*405. 5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//" respond NO. 6. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? NO//" respond NO.
