Dingell VA Medical Center - Detroit Remedy Overview: ================ HD0000000751571 - Receive RUN^PSOBORP0 error when running TRICARE CHAMPVA Bypass/Override Report Problem: -------- The user is receiving an "end of file" error after running the TRICARE CHAMPVA Bypass/Override Report [PSO TRI CVA OVERRIDE REPORT]. This error occurs because the report attempts to prompt the user to "Press Return to continue, '^' to exit" even if the chosen device is a printer. This prompt should only be displayed when the report is printed to the screen. Technical Explanation --------------------- Even though the device chosen is a printer, the process prompts the user to "Press Return to continue, '^' to exit". A DIR call is made to display the message on the screen. Resolution: ----------- Modify the code in routines PSOBORP0 and PSOBORP1 to ensure that the "Press Return to continue, '^' to exit" message only gets executed when the user prints the report to a screen. =================== INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ===================== Installation will take less than 2 minutes.
