Associated NSR(s): ================== N/A Defect Tracking System Ticket(s): ================================= R13534217FY17 - CA SDM, 511265 - Rational defect Participating Test Sites: ========================= Central Plains HCS Salem VAMC Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) Overview: ========================================== R13534217FY17 - CA SDM, 511265 - Rational defect Problem: -------- The copay status of a prescription is re-evaluated whenever a fill is released. Various actions can occur based on changes to the criteria that determine the copay status of a prescription. If there is a change in copay criteria, a MailMan message is supposed to be generated at the time a prescription fill is released. After the release of patch PSO*7*460, this message is no longer being generated. The recipients of the message will be the provider of record, the pharmacy user who finished the order, and holders of the PSO COPAY key. Resolution: ----------- Modified routine PSOCP to check for the copay change criteria and accordingly generate the missing MailMan message.
