This issue is addressed in this patch. Jazz #1203196 Associated Ticket(s): --------------------- N/A New Service Requests (NSRs): ---------------------------- N/A Patient Safety Issues (PSIs): ----------------------------- N/A Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: -------------------------------------------- INC9027264 - Issue with accepting renewed supply orders in Vista INC9028179 - User kicked out of Vista when processing renewed supply order Problem: -------- Sites reported that after the release of CPRS patch OR*3*397 that users get kicked out of Vista when processing renewed supply order. Resolution: ----------- Patch OR*3*397 introduced ORSUPPLY key holders to release supply item orders in CPRS. ORSUPPLY key holders are not authorized to write med orders. For users not authorized to write med orders, the "PS" node in the NEW PERSON file (#200) will not get populated. Technical Resolution: --------------------- When processing a renewal supply order in backdoor pharmacy, routine PSORN52A is expecting the existence of the "PS" node. Since the "PS" node does not exist for these users, it throws a hard error. PSORN52A is modified to fix this issue.
