 Description:
 ===========
 The Inbound eRx JAVA application is a component of the PRE IEP program 
 that provides the capability to receive inbound eRx's from an external 
 provider. The JAVA application provides a user interface that allows end 
 users to manage and monitor eRx processing from external sources. 
  
 The purpose of this patch is to correct the Pharmacy Management component 
 of the JAVA application.

 INC7567264 - Inbound eRX WEB APP does not allow to enter Puerto Rico as a 
 "state" option.
  
   
 Problem:
 --------
 Pharmacy Management is one of the capabilities of the JAVA application 
 which allows the end user to Add and Modify new and existing Pharmacies 
 to the JAVA application database and enable processing for that 
 pharmacy.  As part of the Pharmacy Management utility, a drop-down list 
 of states/locations allows the end user to select the appropriate 
 location for a new or existing Pharmacy.  Puerto Rico has been excluded 
 from this list and needs to be included for accurate pharmacy information 
 and processing.
   
 Resolution:

 Update the portion of JAVA code to include Puerto Rico in the 'Pharmacy 
 State' drop-down list and allow users to select it as part of the 
 Pharmacy configuration.

 Documentation describing the new functionality introduced by this patch
 is available. A new version of the Terminology Dictionary is available 
 with this patch.
      
 Sites may retrieve the software and/or documentation using Secure File 
 Transfer Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE directory at 
 download.vista.domain.ext.  This transmits the files from the first 
 available server.
