Description:

 The Inbound eRx JAVA application is a component of the PRE IEP program 
 that provides the capability to receive inbound eRx's from an external 
 provider. The JAVA application provides a user interface that allows end 
 users to manage and monitor eRx processing from external sources. 
  
 The purpose of this patch is to correct the Reports component 
 of the JAVA application.

 INC8575891 -  Reports in the eRx hub are no longer working due to 
 internal 500 error.  
  
 Problem:
 --------
 Reports is one of the capabilities of the Inbound eRx Java application 
 which allows the end user to generate, view and export the following 
 high-level reports:
  
 Summary Report New Rx Only
 Auto Check Details Report
 Reject Reasons Report
 eRx Summary Report
  
 As part of the Report generation, 'Station ID' drop-down list allows 
 the end user to narrow the search by VA Stations. When users initially
 view the Reports, default selection of Station ID drop-down list is
 displaying empty list due to performance issue.
   
 Resolution:
 ----------
 Modified Java code to improve the database retrieval performance of the 
 station list from Pharmacy table, in order to populate the Station drop
 down in Reports tab in efficient manner.
