Description:
============

 NSR 20120802 requests a change to the Day-of-Week schedule handling. 
 Currently, Day-of-Week schedules are frequently abbreviated to two 
 characters. The challenge with this is that this abbreviation gets 
 included in discharge instructions and, in many cases, transcribed to the 
 prescription bottle labels.
  
 In order for instructions to be as clear as possible, the field requested 
 forcing an expansion of the day of week schedules to have the full name.
 For example, a Day-of-Week schedule entered in either CPRS or Outpatient
 Pharmacy as TU-WE-TH is expected to be expanded to TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND
 THURSDAY. 
 NOTE: If the OUTPATIENT EXPANSION field in the ADMINISTRATION SCHEDULE
       File has a value that expansion is used.
  
 The build for this patch is distributed as part of a multi-package build 
 that contains OR*3.0*547 and PSO*7.0*449. PSS*1.0*249, also a part of the 
 solution is being released separately. CMOP sites need to ONLY install the
 PSS*1.0*249 patch.
