 The Inbound eRx application is a component of the PRE IEP program 
 that provides the capability to receive inbound eRx's from an external 
 provider. The JAVA application provides a user interface that allows end 
 users to manage and monitor eRx processing from external sources. 
  
 eRx Processing hub utilizes Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) component to 
 process all the XML messages received from and send to Change Healthcare.
 The purpose of this patch is to resolve the performance issue of the 
 Pentaho Job-InboundMessageProcessing_Job

 INC21795762 - Inbound eRx Transmission Failure.
  
  
 Problem:
 --------
 Inbound eRx Messages are not processed in the order they were received by 
 the Change Healthcare. Instead of processing the older XML messages in 
 the first-in-first-out (FIFO) order, Pentaho job is currently processing 
 them in random fashion which in turn causing delay issues in delivering 
 these eRx messages to VistA.
  
   
 Resolution:
 ----------
 Performance of the transmission of the eRx messages to the VistA can be 
 improved by fixing Pentaho job (InboundMessageProcessing_JOB).
