In this case, the status is being incorrectly displayed as 'DISP' which does not reflect that the CMOP refill was returned to stock. Instead, the status should be displayed as 'Disp Refill Deleted'. Associated ticket(s): ===================== 1. INC22978937 - INCORRECT STATUS ON CMOP EVENT LOG Problem: -------- An issue was reported of an incorrect status being displayed on the CMOP Event Log for a CMOP dispensed refill that was dispensed by CMOP, then subsequently returned to stock, then finally both refilled locally and had a label queued for printing. In this case, the status is being incorrectly displayed as 'DISP' which does not reflect that the CMOP refill was returned to stock. Instead, the status should be displayed as 'Disp Refill Deleted'. Resolution: ----------- There are additional checks that will be added for a refill that has been previously dispensed by CMOP to determine if the refill's CMOP Event Log's status should be displayed as 'Disp Refill Deleted'. This status will be displayed for a refill that has since been returned to stock (RTS), refilled again and having its label queued for printing. Technical Resolution: --------------------- The following line was added at Q1+4^PSORXVW2: .I PSXFIL,$D(^PSRX(DA,"RTS",0)),$$REFRTS(DA,PSXFIL) S PSXT="Disp Refill Deleted" Q The value for PSXT, which will display as the status in the refill's CMOP Event Log, will be assigned the value of 'Disp Refill Deleted' for a refill that was previously dispensed by CMOP, then returned to stock and its label queued for printing. This line also includes the use of the newly added function REFRTS. There are 2 parameters to pass into this function and they are the IEN of the Rx in the PRESCRIPTION file (#52) and the Rx's refill number. This function will return a value of 1 (true) if the refill passed in has the following 2 pieces of criteria: - The refill has an entry in the PRESCRIPTION file sub node, ^PSRX(PSORXN,"RTS")) - The refill has an entry in the PRESCRIPTION file sub node, ^PSRX(PSORXN,"L" and the label date/time is more recent than the RTS's date/time. Back-out/Roll Back Plan: ------------------------ Back-out will be done only with the concurrence and participation of development team and appropriate VA site/region personnel. The decision to back-out or rollback software will be a joint decision between development team, VA site/region personnel and other appropriate VA personnel. Prior to installing an updated KIDS package, the site/region should have saved a backup of the routines in a mail message using the Backup a Transport Global [XPD BACKUP] menu option (this is done at time of install). The message containing the backed-up routines can be loaded with the "Xtract PackMan" function at the Message Action prompt. The Packman function "INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE" is then used to install the backed-up routines onto the VistA System. No data was modified by this patch installation and, therefore, no rollback strategy is required.
