 PSO*7.0*707 leverages existing proxy user accounts. As these accounts are
 active, existing accounts, please disregard all post installation steps
 for PSO 7.0*707.  No post-installation changes are required.
 The PSOVCC,APPLICATION PROXY does NOT need any action regarding Access/Verify
 codes as referenced in the description of patch PSO*7*707.
  
 PSO,VCC CONNECTOR PROXY and PSOVCC,APPLICATION PROXY are currently 
 in their final configured states and do NOT need any action regarding
 Access/Verify codes as referenced in the description of patch PSO*7*707.
