 DISPENSING SYSTEM FROM ONEVA'.

Entered in Error Description:
A bug was discovered this morning. We worked with the developer. A new 
follow up patch will be released. Marking it as entered in error will 
stop further deployment of this patch thus preventing this issue to 
widespread. OneVA functionality will continue to work before.  This patch 
was only an enhancement for drug look up purposes when filling ONEVA 
prescriptions.
